We are Bothof Translations, one of the oldest and biggest translation agencies in the Netherlands. We have been working in the translation world for over fifty years and know it inside out. Bothof Translations was founded in 1972 when Gerrit Jan Bothof, head of one of the technical translation departments at Philips, decided to leave the electronics company and set up his own translation company. It didn’t take long before Bothof Translations grew into a reputable translation company. Bothof became a trusted translation partner for hundreds of organisations at home and abroad.<\/p>

Over the years, Bothof has actively contributed to improving the quality standards for translation agencies. Bothof Translations stood at the cradle of the VViN (Association of Translation Agencies in the Netherlands)<\/a>. The initiative for the European Union of Associations of Translation Companies (EUATC) also came from the VViN. We were also one of the first translation agencies with an official ISO certification.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
